Pink Parsnip Computers Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully, as this policy is written in line with UK consumer law.


14-Day Returns (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item if you change your mind.

  • To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • Custom-built PCs and made-to-order systems are exempt from change-of-mind returns. These may only be returned if faulty.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs when exercising their right to cancel.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • All of our systems and components are fully tested before shipping, but if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at office@pinkparsnip.co.uk.

  • In these cases, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built PCs (built to your specification) unless faulty.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items returned with physical damage, signs of misuse, or missing packaging/accessories.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at office@pinkparsnip.co.uk with your order details. We will confirm the return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
