Holiday build queue We are on a short break from 19th to 26th October. Orders placed from Thursday 8th October join the holiday build queue. Read the full notice
We will be taking a short break from 19th to 26th October, with normal building resuming on Tuesday 27th October. Orders placed up to Wednesday 7th October will remain within our normal 7 working day build schedule. Orders placed from Thursday 8th October will join our holiday build queue and will be built in the order they are received once we return. You can still order as normal while we are away. In fact, if you are planning to order a PC, we would recommend placing your order sooner rather than later. Your place in the build queue is secured based on the date your order is placed, so the earlier you order, the earlier your PC will be built when we resume. Our website will remain open throughout and orders can be placed as normal.

Questions we get asked a lot
Cannot see your question? Get in touch and one of us will answer it personally.
How long does delivery take?
Custom gaming PCs normally ship within 7 working days after we confirm your build, and delivery is included on all gaming PCs. Components and one off ready built deals usually arrive in 2 to 3 working days.
Do your PCs come with a warranty?
Yes. Every PC comes with a 12 month warranty direct with us, and many new parts also carry full manufacturer warranties.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes. We design our systems with future upgrades in mind, so you can add storage, add memory or swap in a new graphics card whenever you are ready.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Klarna and Clearpay are available at checkout so you can split the cost of your build. Our finance options page explains how each option works.
Can I change a build or ask for something custom?
Yes. You can tweak any of our builds, such as upgrading the graphics card or storage, or request a fully custom specification and we will quote it. Use the build request page to get started.
