Smooth 180Hz Gaming

The 180Hz refresh rate allows the monitor to redraw the image up to 180 times every second. This produces smoother movement and clearer tracking during fast paced games when connected to compatible hardware capable of delivering the required frame rate.

Low input lag helps reduce the delay between entering a command and seeing the result on screen, making the monitor particularly well suited to competitive shooters, racing games and other reaction focused titles.

Fast IPS Panel

The Fast IPS panel provides the speed required for gaming while maintaining the colour quality and wide 178 degree viewing angles associated with IPS display technology.

The monitor delivers a typical 1ms Grey to Grey response time. Philips Smart MBR can provide a response mode of up to 0.5ms by using backlight strobing to reduce visible motion blur during fast movement.

Full HD and HDR10

The 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution provides clear detail while remaining easier for a gaming PC to drive at high frame rates than higher resolution displays.

HDR10 support provides compatible games and media with a wider range between light and dark areas. The screen also supports a typical brightness of 300 cd/m² and a typical contrast ratio of 1000:1.

Gaming Features

Philips SmartImage Game mode includes display presets created for different types of games. Available options include FPS, Racing and RTS modes, along with two customisable gamer profiles.

Smart Crosshair automatically adjusts the crosshair colour against the background to improve visibility. Shadow Boost can also enhance detail in darker areas of a game.

Adaptive Sync

Adaptive Sync variable refresh rate technology allows the monitor to coordinate its refresh rate with a compatible graphics card. This can help reduce visible screen tearing and provide smoother gameplay when frame rates fluctuate.

Fully Adjustable SmartErgoBase

The included SmartErgoBase allows the monitor to be positioned for a more comfortable viewing experience. The display can be raised by up to 130mm, swivelled, tilted and rotated into portrait orientation.
