What is The Parsnip Promise?

Every Pink Parsnip gaming PC is built with care, tested before it leaves us, and supplied with our standard 12 month Pink Parsnip warranty. The Parsnip Promise is an optional upgrade for customers who want longer support after the first year.

It is designed to keep things simple. If your PC develops a genuine hardware fault with a supplied component during the covered period, we will help diagnose the issue, guide you through the next steps, and arrange an approved repair or replacement where the claim is valid.

The Parsnip Promise is about peace of mind, honest support, and making sure you are not left on your own if your PC needs help.

The Parsnip Promise focuses on genuine hardware faults with components supplied by Pink Parsnip Computers as part of your eligible PC build.

Not included

  • ร—Accidental damage, drops, dents or impact damage.
  • ร—Liquid damage, smoke damage, pet damage or heavy dust neglect.
  • ร—Software issues, viruses, game issues, Windows corruption or driver conflicts.
  • ร—Damage caused by customer upgrades or third party repairs.
  • ร—Overclocking, mining, misuse, tampering or unauthorised BIOS changes.
  • ร—Cosmetic marks, normal wear, data loss or loss of earnings.

How a claim works

If you think your PC has developed a fault, we will keep the process as simple and friendly as possible.

  1. Contact Pink Parsnip Computers with your order details, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if they help show the fault.
  2. We will help with initial checks and remote guidance where possible. Sometimes issues can be resolved without the PC needing to come back to us.
  3. If the PC needs inspection, we will arrange the best next step. This may include drop off, collection, return shipping, or manufacturer claim support depending on the situation.
  4. Once inspected, we will confirm whether the issue is covered. If approved, we will repair the fault, replace the faulty supplied part, or guide the manufacturer warranty process.

Frequently asked questions

Is The Parsnip Promise optional?

Yes. The Parsnip Promise is completely optional. Your standard consumer rights are not affected whether you choose to add it or not.

Does it cover accidental damage?

No. The Parsnip Promise is designed for genuine hardware faults with supplied components. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, physical damage, misuse or neglect.

Does it cover software problems?

No. Software issues such as Windows corruption, viruses, game crashes, driver conflicts, account problems or third party software issues are not covered as warranty repairs.

What happens if the same part is no longer available?

PC parts change quickly. If the exact part is no longer available, we may use an equivalent replacement part or a suitable alternative at our discretion.

Can I add The Parsnip Promise later?

In most cases, The Parsnip Promise should be selected when you buy your PC. If you have already purchased a PC from us, please contact us and we can confirm whether extended cover is still available for your build.

What if I upgrade the PC myself?

Customer fitted upgrades, third party repairs or changes made outside of Pink Parsnip Computers may affect your cover. If you want to upgrade your PC, speak to us first so we can advise you properly.

Important information

The Parsnip Promise applies only to eligible Pink Parsnip Computers PC builds and eligible supplied components. Cover starts from the original delivery or collection date of the PC.

Replacement parts may be equivalent rather than identical, especially where the original component has been discontinued or is no longer reasonably available.

The Parsnip Promise does not affect your statutory rights. Full terms, exclusions and eligibility apply. Please contact us before purchase if you have any questions about cover for a specific build.
